Violence Stirs up In Jos, 20 killed, several others Injured

For those who haven’t heard, violent clashes again erupted in Jos yesterday claiming about 20 lives while plenty others were injured. The clash started in Dutse-Uku area of the city in the morning when a band of youths attacked worshippers at the St. Michael Catholic Church, at about 7am. About 35 people were arrested, five of whom were wearing military uniforms without being officers of the Nigerian Armed forces. In a swift reaction to the crisis, the state government has imposed a curfew from 6pm-6am on the state capital.

Why again for heaven’s sake, why?
